Placing an Order

We believe in making an order with joannemooney.ie is as easy and straightforward as possible. All orders can be processed directly through this website or please feel free to call us on 00-353-876546964 or 087-6546964.

Please Note: As all my work is handmade each canvas painting takes approx two/three weeks from the time of order. At Christmas time orders can take longer. Please refer to the dispatch time notification on the home page for up-to-date times.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to the address given at the time of order. We aim to deliver products in Ireland between 7-10 working days.

Deliveries are made by An Post. Postage charges are calculated based on accumulated weight and include a small surcharge for packaging and handling. We are trying to keep our postage fees as low as possible.

We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase, If however, Any items do not meet your expectations please contact us by telephone or email (within 2 days of receiving the product) and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.

As all items are personalised they can only be returned if they are faulty, or an error occurred on our behalf.

Any refund by Tiny Things will be given in the original method of payment. Refunds will not be issued until the goods are received by us. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Please notify us within 12 hours of placing an order if you would like to cancel your order.
